ANYONE who lets a homeless person into their homes is asking for whatever happens to them. This PLAN appears similar to the one CA employs for foster children ... only few of those ever slit the throats of their host family. Talking about foster homes. The vast majority are in it for the money period and the vast majority of those are pedophiles. Re-open the Orphanages. I've heard many people testify to the advantages of same.
