Funny thing, George Steinbrenner, owner of the Yankees (my team as you know)is a HUGE Ohio State Buckeyes fan.....
I believe he has given the school tens of millions of dollars in endowment money.
Great to see a university and a football program of the stature of OH State (btw, we, Univ of Miami, were robbed in 2003 Fiesta Bowl Championship Game)hail our brave men and women in the US Navy....
CE-thank you for the Steinbrenner take-I don't follow football except where the Military Academies are concerned.... that is why I appreciated this ad-which-at its end- suggested that wherever and whenever a team meets any Academy team-the fans stand to honor present and future service...
