At the doctors office this am, I'm watching some show where people buy homes for various reasons. A couple new to home buying was looking at a ranch house in N Hollywood. The place was a dump and would need an entire renovation. Price? $585,000. Wow.
Net: reduction in taxes collected for CA. Perfect libtard logic.
