I used to have my students memorize this poem --
I told them that to understand Shakespeare and the Bible - both must be read aloud--and often--

Poetry is the wisdom of the ages

It can be found in books - on certain pages

 To remove from it a vagueness or a Cloud 

 It must be spoken often and aloud.
