That must be an old picture. I'm pretty sure Obama has taken those machine guns by now and replaced them with plastic butter knives. You need to update that carol.
Obama wants to appear decisive without having to decide anything.

bho and DoS -DoD are "dis-arming our BEST with the new Rules of Engagement...
and by not using Defense funds for new weapons...etc. etc.etc.

I'm thinking the troops are still waiting on obama to figure out his ass from his elbow. In the meantime they're making do with what they have.
