B-It is kind of a surprise for me too-
For anyone wondering, This is legislation written by the Hollywood and music industry people to be rammed down our throats by politicians who simply take the lobbyist money to do so. This is pathetic.
The political is so broken it's not even recognizable anymore. No one writes bills in Congress - industry does.
k-in others words- follow the money and power-brokers-
our Founders wrote a Constitution so that this crap (did I really write that word) would NOT go on!
