Don't know if the story got much distance from Cincinnati, but a local 92 year old man shot a kid in the chest after 3 of them broke in through his basement at 2 AM. He was waiting for them this time. Shot the 1st one up the stairs in the chest with 22 rifle.

All three high-tailed it out of the house, and the one who was shot died about 2 blocks away. No charges will be filed.

This man actually worked on the Enola Gay. He said he slept like a baby, and was aiming for the kid's heart only missing by a fraction but still good enough to get the job done.

He's a local hero now.
