Most Progressives are socialist. They know the word "socialist" is not popular so they avoid it.
A rose by any other name is still a rose.
It isn't up to the R's, it is up to us, as a whole, that decries the violations!
If we don't use the Constitution to fight these usurpers then we will see them take more and more power and limit more and more of our rights!
If we don't use the new media - 'The Bloggs', to voice our 'Superior Standing' over these Rebellious Domestic Enemies - then we will get what we do not want as a form of Government!

And the XIV Amendment Sec.3 was put in By Pres. Andrew Johnson. He saw the Congress doing what we see now, back then. It cost him the Election but he did make the Congress approve the Sec3. before his term was up.
When a caller on the radio said this in the 2,000 Election, Bush Sr. and BakerIII went to the Supreme Court with the 14th Amendment-but was chicken to use it fully, and only declared 'The Safe Harbor Clause' was violated by Gore and his Lawyers.
So, it will work if enough of a stink is made, but not by one voice this time, it caught them off guard last time, this time they will be ready against one voice.
And yes I have been Blogging about this in several Post. Fell like a broken record.
