Those elected to Federal service are indeed the new aristocracy, a privileged class who views the common citizen as an annoyance. This is the Congress. The man who would be King is Barrack Hussein Obama who rules by executive fiat in order to bypass the will of the people.
As such, I contend that today we are again faced with taxation without representation in government. This is why I will watch the next elections carefully. If ever there were a cause for a second American Revolution, it is today with the elitists in Washington who ignore the common man in favor of lining their pockets and securing their power.
Americans were born to be free, not the servants of tyranny.
I love to read your blog Carol and I also love your pictures. Please don't ever stop.

I personally believe that there are fewer tyrannical bastards on the republican side, but like you say there are enough on both sides who'll be happy to whore themselves to each other just so they can lord over us.
