Now that we know - for sure - ultra-sound wasn't available during the Roe v. Wade debate-that a baby in the womb is a baby in the womb- abortion must be banned---and ND is taking giant steps to do it:
North Dakota's House of Representatives has passed a bill effectively outlawing abortion.
The House voted 51-41 this afternoon to declare that a fertilized egg has all the rights of any person.
That means a fetus could not be legally aborted without the procedure being considered murder.

Considering that Nancy P was taken to task by the Pope for her pro-death stance-I'd say that this is a good day for un-born humans....
PS-there were those who knew that the unborn were human even before ultra-sound!
