BRAT Beat Cantor-Why-Could Having Been Raised in Detroit Have Anything To Do w/ It>>>

Just read that David Brat was raised in Detroit-
I wonder if that is the reason he became a total conservative?
He had to have seen the criminal commie/"progressive" actions that turned a once beautiful City into a DUMP!!
I love this "myth buster" take (-:

This one is OK too-

Carol, My Honest thought is that no one is going to be able to step in ad do a 180, (like tea party/conservatives are hoping for?)

There is a Lot to unwind and in that process many will end up looking like RINOs when they may not be.

What a predicament. :)

They all ways turn some with bribes.
"If you will vote this way (what we want), we will see to it that all this money will go to your district and you will be the next hero back at your district."
That is just one way to turn them.
Another is to have a party and get them drunk-then take them back to their residence (in DC) and when they are passed out - have a young girl or boy in bed with them.
Then the door will be opened and a camera man will start taking pictures of the the new Congressman sitting up in bed wiping their eyes and the young kid will be grabbing and looking all lovydovy----they have pictures for black mail.

I haven't had any use for Cantor ever since he voted for TARP. I met him just after he began his political career and he seemed like a good leader, but twelve years and compromise after compromise said otherwise. Once I knew the truth about Brat, I had to vote for him. We need true conservatism in the Congress today more than we did during the Carter years. I will not vote for the lesser of two evils ever again.

L-indeed (-:

TS-you have stated exactly what happens in DC-sad isn't it!

WC-as a "recovering" Republican - I decided no more vote for the LOTE some years ago--let's see if the "Party" gets it--
