Isn't SIMON PROPERTIES the guys who wouldn't let a Tea Party event be held on their property recently? Not sure, but it sounds familiar. THAT would irk me BIG TIME, disallowing Conservative events once they'd agreed to it, but that kiosk ...I don't know.
