Australian Country music star Beccy Cole wrote POSTER GIRL (wrong side of the world) as a response to a letter she received from a fan after she spent 2wks visiting Australian Soldiers overseas.
The fan wrote that he would be taking her poster off his wall and would not be listening to her music anymore.

That was a really good song. We used to hear it on the radio all the time a while ago. The host was a conservative, and he knew it pissed off the leftist scum, so he used to play it all the time.

Ms. Cole now has a fan in me for standing up for what is right. Too few performers have the courage that she has shown in her support of the Australian military. Thanks for posting about her Carol. :-)
