Sarkozy may be speaking out, but I seriously doubt that there remains any backbone in the West to defend these people. Spain certainly won't, France will just complain about it, Germany will send flowers and possibly some strudel, Britain will poo poo France for racism, and the U.S. will likely want to give medals to the oppressors for showing restraint for not killing all of the Christians. Australia prosecutes its soldiers for actually killing the enemy and I have no illusions about New Zealand defending foreign Christians.
What can be done? In my opinion we should send guns and ammunition to them so that they can at least defend themselves because their governments sure as hell wont.

Where indeed are our leaders, oh yeah, tut-tuting and gnashing their teeth over the few incidents of muslims getting a bit of their own medicine.
