PILOT Shortage- Remember I informed You All That the Military Academies Were Telling Cadets That there would be not be a great need for Pilots --

so many of the cadets who wanted to learn to fly - left the academies  in the early to mid 2000s!
I mentally looked ahead and came to the conclusion that there would be a pilot shortage both in the military and in the commercial industry (many military pilots become commercial pilots)
